We manufacture precision-matched substrates for all major metal AM platforms:

3D Systems: DMP Flex 350, Factory 350, DMP 100/200. (Features: Precision-milled lugs & alignment bores).

EOS: M 290, M 400-4, M 100. (Features: Exact counterbore patterns & reference points).

Renishaw: RenAM 500S/D, AM 400. (Features: Reinforced threaded holes for repeated torque).

SLM Solutions: SLM 125, 280, 500, 800. (Features: Large-format flatness control).

Custom / Research Systems: We machine bespoke geometries based on your CAD drawings for experimental or proprietary AM setups.

 

2. Why Our Substrates

A. We control the chemistry from the start. All substrates are available in:

Ti-6Al-4V Grade 5: For general aerospace and industrial applications.

Ti-6Al-4V ELI (Grade 23): Extra-low interstitials for biocompatible medical implants.

Supplied with full 3.1 Material Test Reports (MTR).

B. Advanced Stress-Relief Protocol

To prevent "potato-chip" warping during intense laser melting, our plates undergo Secondary Vacuum Annealing. This ensures the plate remains perfectly flat (Parallelism < 0.05mm) across its entire surface, protecting your recoater blade from catastrophic interference.
