TA0

Industrial pure titanium refers to several kinds of non-alloy titanium with different impurity content such as Fe, C, N, O, etc. It cannot be strengthened by heat treatment, has excellent forming performance, also is easy to weld and solder. It is used in the manufacture of various non-bearing parts and can work for a long time at 300℃.

It has excellent welding performance and corrosion resistance, and is used in the manufacture of structural parts used in the marine environment.

TA7

Medium-strength α-titanium alloy cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. It has good   fracture toughness at room temperature and high temperature. The welding performance is good, and parts such as chassis, siding, etc. can be   manufactured. Can work for a long time at 500℃.

TA9

The addition of a small amount of palladium improves the corrosion resistance in oxidizing media, especially the ability to resist crevice corrosion, and can be used in chemical and anticorrosive engineering.

TA16

Pipe alloys with low strength, high plasticity, corrosion resistance and good welding properties.

TA10

The corrosion resistance is significantly better than that of pure titanium and close to TA9.

TA11

It belongs to the near-α-type titanium alloy, which has a high elastic modulus and low density. The room temperature strength is comparable to TC4, but the high temperature performance is higher than TC4. It is suitable for manufacturing parts such as engine compressor discs, blades and chassis.

TA12

It is a near-α-type thermally strong titanium alloy, which can work for a long time at 550℃, has good process plasticity, and is suitable for manufacturing parts such as aero-engine cylinders, drums, and blades.

TA18

It is a near-α-type titanium alloy, which is mainly used for cold-processable pipes. Its welding performance and cold forming are better than TC4 alloy. The alloy seamless pipe is used in pressure-bearing aviation hydraulic and   fuel oil pipeline systems.

TA19

The near-α titanium alloy, which can work for a long time at 500℃, has better high temperature strength and creep properties than TA11 alloy. It is suitable for manufacturing compressor casks and aircraft skins for aero engines.

TA21

It has low strength, high plasticity, good corrosion resistance and welding performance, and is mainly used as pipe and sheet metal parts.

TC1

The main performance characteristics are slightly higher strength than pure titanium and good process plasticity, as well as good welding performance and thermal stability. It cannot be strengthened by solution aging, can work for a long time at 350℃, and is suitable for manufacturing aviation sheet metal parts with complex shapes.

TC2

It belongs to the medium-strength near-alpha titanium alloy and cannot be   strengthened by heat treatment. It has good impact welding performance, can work for a long time at 350℃, and is suitable for manufacturing aviation sheet metal parts.

TA15

It belongs to a near-α-type titanium alloy with high aluminum equivalent. It not only has the good thermal strength and weldability of α-type titanium alloy,   but also has the process plasticity similar to α+β-type titanium alloy. TA15 has medium strength, good thermal stability and welding performance. It is suitable for manufacturing aviation parts that work at 500℃ for a long time.

TC20

This alloy replaces the toxic element V in TC4 alloy with the non-toxic element Nb. Its main mechanical properties are comparable to TC4. It is a kind of titanium alloy for surgical implants and medical devices. So far, the amount has exceeded 200T. It has been clinically used in China and complies with ISO-5832-11- 2014 standard.

Ti-31

It is a medium-strength weldable near-α-type titanium alloy with high temperature resistance to seawater corrosion and is suitable for manufacturing parts of ship piping systems.

Ti-75

It is a medium-strength weldable near-α-type titanium alloy, which is resistant   to seawater corrosion and is suitable for manufacturing heat exchanger pipe and plate parts.

Ti-55311S

It is a near-α-type thermally strong titanium alloy, which can work for a long time at 550℃, and is suitable for manufacturing high-temperature parts of various aviation engines.

TC4

It is a medium-strength α+β titanium alloy with excellent overall performance   and good thermal processing technology. It has been widely used in the aerospace industry. Can work for a long time at 400℃. It is suitable for manufacturing parts such as fans and compressor discs and blades for aviation engines, as well as frames and joints for aircraft.

TC6

It is a martensitic α+β titanium alloy, which can work for a long time at 450℃, has good thermal strength   properties, and has excellent thermal processing properties. It is suitable for the manufacture of aero-engine compressor discs and blades, as well as high thrust, joints and other bearing parts of aircraft.

TC11

It is an α+β thermally strong titanium alloy, which can work for a long time at   500℃, has excellent thermally strong properties, high room temperature strength and good thermal processing technology performance. It is suitable for manufacturing parts such as compressor discs and blades for aviation engines.

TC16

It is a martensitic α+β titanium alloy, a quasi-high-strength titanium alloy, with a strength of more than 1030 MPa after solution aging, and a small sensitivity to stress concentration, which is suitable for manufacturing fasteners.

TC17

It is an α+β high-strength titanium alloy rich in β-stable elements. It has the advantages of high strength, good fracture toughness, high hardenability and wide forging temperature. It is suitable for manufacturing large-section forgings such as aviation engine fans and compressor discs, and can work for a long time at 490℃.

TC18

The annealed state has high strength and the quenched state has high hardenability (250mm), which is suitable for manufacturing bearing components   and landing gear parts.

TC19

It is suitable for important components such as engine compressor discs, fan discs and blades with medium temperature and high strength.

TC451

The heat treatment performance is good, and its plasticity and toughness are better than Ti-6A1-4V at the same strength. Good hot and cold formability and   welding performance.

TC21

It belongs to a high-strength and ductile damage-tolerant titanium alloy, which is used as an important bearing component of aviation.

ZTC3

The utility model relates to a cast titanium alloy with eutectic element Si and rare earth element Ce. It has excellent thermal strength performance below 500℃, good casting performance, and no tendency to thermal cracking. It can be used to manufacture castings such as aero-engine casings, impellers, and brackets.

ZTC4

It is a medium-strength cast titanium alloy that can work for a long time at 350℃. It is the most widely used cast   titanium alloy at home and abroad. It can be used to manufacture stationary aviation components such as chassis, housings, brackets, and frames. It can also be used to manufacture impellers and other components with low speed.

ZTC5

It is a heat-resistant martensitic α+β cast titanium alloy. It has high toughness and good thermal stability at room temperature. The casting process   has good performance and no tendency to crack. It can be used to manufacture various aerospace static high-strength components.

TB2

It has excellent cold forming performance and welding performance in the solid solution state. It has high strength and good plasticity matching when it is in solution. It is suitable for star arrow connecting belts and fasteners for aerospace.

TB3

It has excellent cold forming properties in the solid solution state, and its strength and toughness match well in the solid solution. Suitable for aerospace fasteners and elastic components.

TB5

It has excellent cold forming performance, can form medium and complex sheet metal parts at room temperature, and can also be superplasticized above 700℃, with excellent welding performance. Suitable for manufacturing aerospace sheet metal parts and fasteners.

TB6

It belongs to a high-strength and high-toughness titanium alloy and can be used for isothermal forging. It can be used in aircraft fuselage, wings and landing gear structures. If it replaces high-strength steel of the same strength, the structural mass can be reduced by about 40%.

TB8

Good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, high-strength alloy. It is used to manufacture cold-formed sheet metal parts of medium complexity and high-strength, oxidation-resistant bearing components. Titanium foil is the matrix of composite materials.

TB9

It is high-strength and corrosion-resistant. It can make fasteners, springs, torsion rods, well pipes and housings for oil, gas, and geothermal wells, and titanium foil is the matrix of composite materials.

TB10

It has high specific strength, good fracture toughness, high hardenability, excellent thermal processing performance and cutting performance. It has been used in petrochemical pressure-bearing components and aerospace high-strength components.

TB7

It has excellent corrosion resistance and is used for casting pumps, valves and other parts of chemical machinery.

Ti-40

Resistant to high temperatures below 500℃, flame-retardant titanium alloy, suitable for aviation engine components.
