  • Effect Of Oxidation Voltage On The Performance Of Titanium Alloy Color Anodizing Film

In order to study the influence of oxidation voltage on the color and performance of titanium alloy anodic oxide film, a sulfuric acid-phosphoric acid composite electrolyte system and a single pulse power supply method were used to prepare anodic oxide film at different oxidation voltages. Field emission scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the microscopic morphology changes of the oxide film, a microhardness meter, a surface roughness meter, and a contact angle measuring instrument were used to measure the hardness, roughness, and contact angle of the film layer, and an electrochemical workstation was used to analyze the corrosion resistance of each film layer. The results show that the color of the oxide film is yellow at 45 V, purple at 50 to 60 V, light blue at 70 V, and green at 75 V. When the oxidation voltage is 65 V, the oxide film is blue, the roughness of the oxide film is 0.939µm, the hardness is 361.6 HV0.2, the contact angle is 89.2°, and the self-corrosion current density is 2.004×10-7 A·cm-2, which has good corrosion resistance.
