At the 2024 Zhuhai Airshow, DJI unveiled a titanium drone called Typhoon Hunter, which was designed for extreme weather environments and managed to fly stably under 17 levels of wind pressure, setting an amazing record. Significant improvement in fatigue strength: compared with conventional rotors, the fatigue strength of titanium-carbon fiber composite rotors is increased by 50%. In a strong wind environment, this material combination can ensure that the UAV rotor can withstand high frequency and high strength forces without breaking, thus ensuring the stable operation of the UAV. 

Lightweight design improves endurance: The weight of the composite rotor is reduced by 35%, which directly translates into a significant improvement in endurance of the UAV. Specifically, the endurance of the UAV has been extended to 120 minutes, enabling it to cover a wider area in a single flight mission, providing stronger data support for typhoon warning and rescue decisions.
