The doors of Korea Metal Week opened this morning, and our booth (C150) has been busy from the start. Visitors have been stopping by with a steady stream of inquiries — and one topic keeps coming up: titanium.
At our core, we are a titanium CNC machining specialist. While many machine shops treat titanium as one material among many, we have built our business around it. From prototype to production, our team focuses on turning titanium into precision parts that meet demanding specifications.
Titanium is not an easy material to machine. It is tough, heat-resistant, and prone to work hardening — which means it punishes the wrong tools, the wrong parameters, and the wrong experience. That is precisely why we specialize in it. Years of working almost exclusively with titanium have given us the process knowledge, tooling strategies, and quality controls that general-purpose shops simply don't have.
Our titanium CNC machining capabilities cover:
CNC milling and turning of titanium components in grades including Grade 2, Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V), and more
Complex geometries and tight tolerances for aerospace, medical, industrial, and high-performance applications
Small batches to production runs, with consistent quality and reliable lead times
Full traceability and inspection, because titanium parts often go where failure is not an option
Customers come to us because titanium is hard to machine well — and they need someone who does it every day. Our focus means faster quoting, fewer process surprises, better surface finishes, and parts that hold tolerance. We don't spread ourselves thin across every material; we go deep on the one that matters most to our customers.
Korea Metal Week runs through October 30, 2026. If you are at the show, we welcome you to visit us at Booth C150 to discuss your titanium machining projects. If you can't make it, reach out to us directly — we're always happy to talk titanium.
